Jacky Eyres
Jacky is a highly experienced facilitator who is credible with leaders and managers at all levels. She has worked in leadership development for ten years and is skilled in a range of interventions. Jacky works primarily with senior managers and executive leaders. She has a strong academic focus which complements her consultancy work.
Prior to joining Management Futures, Jacky spent many years working in the NHS in both clinical and senior leadership roles and she has a depth understanding of this sector. Her last NHS role was in strategic HR and leadership development for a large acute Trust. She has also successfully consulted to a number of private sector organisations.
She is also interested in career development and has recently facilitated a large number of career workshops and one-to-one coaching for NHS managers faced with career uncertainty and transition. She has a strong interest in the social learning which occurs in action learning sets, on team days and on leadership development programmes. She has an MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University and is currently completing her PhD thesis at Lancaster University. Jacky enjoys supervising trainees on Management Futures’ Diploma in Executive Coaching.
