Jan trained as a coach in California and believes in working with people to realise their potential to achieve their personal and professional goals. Jan is the director responsible for all coach training at Management Futures. She led on establishing the postgraduate diploma in coaching and is the Head of Supervision for the company.
Her various careers include hospital pharmacy, Deputy Chief Executive at a large London Teaching Hospital, organisational development consultancy and coaching programmes for leaders in the armed forces. She is very active in her Oxfordshire village, holding a Valentine’s Day Balls, planning the Summer Festival and is a school governor for the local primary school.
