Jan Campbell Young

Jan Campbell Young is an enthusiastic and creative executive coach with 15 years experience working with senior managers and boards. Jan trained as a coach in California and believes in working with people to realise their potential to achieve their personal and professional goals. She specialises in working with people at career crossroads (having been there 4 times herself), individuals struggling with work/life balance, and executives who want to increase their personal impact. • A Chief Executive of a hospital in ‘turnaround’ who wanted help with a strategy and approach to a poorly performing executive team.

Jan is the director responsible for all coach training at Management Futures. She led on establishing the postgraduate diploma in coaching and is the Head of Supervision for the company. Her various careers include hospital pharmacy, Deputy Chief Executive at a large London Teaching Hospital, organisational development consultancy and coaching programmes for leaders in the armed forces. She is very active in her Oxfordshire village, holding a Valentine’s Day Balls, planning the Summer Festival and is a school governor for the local primary school.
