Cecilia is an accredited executive coach for business executives who need support when dealing with corporate or personal change. She has 20 years of international business experience, mainly in the Financial Services sector, both as a senior executive and as a non-executive director. The experience has given Cecilia a good insight into corporate issues in a fast changing environment and work/life balance issues as an executive.

In addition to executive coaching, Cecilia offers bespoke coaching programmes for expatriates coming to London to help them accelerate their success in the UK. Moving to a new country is a fantastic opportunity but also a situation of great change and it can sometimes be quite stressful to deal with all the issues that need to be addressed within a relatively short time frame. Expatriate coaching can help navigate the uncertainty and complexity that makes up the new environment.

Previously based in Sweden, Cecilia was the CEO of SkandiaLink, a leading pension and saving company and she has also held several other senior executive roles within Skandia Group. In 2001, she moved to London to head up Global Business Development for Skandia with start-ups in France and China. Cecilia has also been a non-executive director of Capio, a pan-European health company as well as one of the Swedish National Pension Funds.

As a coach, Cecilia has a relaxed and easy style and quickly creates a good coaching climate that facilitates building trust and confidence. Her coaching helps you identify your objectives and finding the answers that are usually already within yourself. She helps structuring complex issues and breaking them down into smaller manageable ones.

Being a Swedish citizen who is now based in London, Cecilia is fluent in Swedish and English and has a basic knowledge of the other Scandinavian languages as well as French.
