Anne Asquith

Anne is an experienced executive coach and leadership development consultant. Her background is 20 at senior management level in international blue chip organisations, including Schlumberger and The Walt Disney Company. Her experience as Finance Director gives her the knowledge and understanding of how to succeed in a challenging, dynamic environment and the ability to communicate with clients in their language. Anne finds fulfilment in using her enthusiasm, skills and business background to assist people to achieve their goals. She believes in providing a safe, non-judgemental environment in which clients are free to explore ideas and take risks.

Anne draws on her key strengths by specialising in three areas; career coaching, developing effective teams and managing change. She herself managed a significant career and lifestyle change by training and qualifying as a mathematics teacher and taught for three years in a large comprehensive school. Anne focuses on empowering clients to either progress within their current role or to explore new and exciting opportunities. Anne is particularly interested in working with multi-national organisations and building effective teams.

Anne has worked with clients from organisations as diverse as Channel 4, Bank of New York, Reuters and the NHS. She has also worked with clients in the Education sector and individuals launching or developing their own businesses.

Anne is a qualified practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) © and holds the Management Futures postgraduate level Diploma in Coaching which is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management. In addition, she holds an honours degree in Music and is both a qualified accountant and a qualified teacher.
