Anne Asquith

Anne’s background is 20 years experience in international blue chip organisations, including Schlumberger and The Walt Disney Company. She has a vital understanding of the issues facing individuals and businesses in today’s complex markets. Her experience operating at senior management level as Finance Director gives her the knowledge and understanding of how to succeed in a challenging, dynamic environment and the ability to communicate with clients in their language.

Anne’s progression into coaching derived from an evaluation of her own values, ambitions and strengths through working with an Executive Coach. She managed a significant career and lifestyle change by training and qualifying as a mathematics teacher and taught for three years in a large comprehensive school. Further reflection and analysis enabled her to identify her chosen career path of Executive Coaching.

Anne draws on her key strengths by specialising in three areas; career coaching, developing leadership capability and managing change. Anne focuses on empowering clients to either progress within their current role or to explore new and exciting opportunities.
