Our service of Expatriate Coaching is offered jointly with Cecilia’s company CKCC and is focused on the large number of professional who come to London to work for their companies each year.

As always in coaching, the agenda is that of the client but Cecilia will be expecting to work on cultural, relationship, career and leadership issues.

Cecilia herself knows what it is like to be an expatriate having started herself  having started her very successful executive career in Sweden.  She worked in financial services including a period as chief executive of one of the Skandia group of companies.
