Many of you, especially those in the public sector, are going to have a tough summer as the new government addresses the huge problem of managing the economy. Undoubtedly many directors and senior managers will be out of work very soon. Regrettable but true and you will need people to help you with this problem.

Management Futures has a deep knowledge of career coaching.  We have a long record of using senior and accomplished coaches to get people successfully into new jobs and career paths. Some of our coaches have published books on coaching and careers.

We do not use the out-dated and expensive route of outplacement centres. Those who have gone down that route tell us how thin and notional they are.  We do not offer a package but coaching completely focused on the individual.

Our approach is to concentrate on offering first class executive coaching which helps the client to a new future.  We know the public sector very well indeed and have coached at the senior level for Government departments such as the Foreign Office and a host of local authorities and NHS organisations.

You will not be offered an average coach but a senior professional who will be available for an agreed number of coaching sessions and in between for telephone and email contact to deal with developing situations.  The coach and client together will assess the kind of help needed – skills development such as CV writing or Interview skills and networking skills or more broad help with personal goals and satisfactions.

You as an HR Director will be accountable for how well your organisation treats senior people as they leave.  Our fees are reasonable for such high quality and we do not charge for the help between main sessions.
