SYSTEMIC COACHING USING CONSTELLATIONS
March 23 (Please note revised date)
Kate Hudson
This session explores the use of systemic constellations in coaching. It originates from the field of family therapy and the work of Bert Hellinger. It starts from the principle that our behaviour is influenced as much by the context we are in as who we are as a person. It offers the coach and the client the opportunity draw back from the presenting issue and look at it in the wider context in which the client is operating. In doing so, the complex and often hidden dynamics that frustrate sustained change are revealed and can be addressed.
This approach to coaching offers some frameworks and practical tools to help clients better understand the systems they work in. It will involve practice and experiment using your real issues and will give you the experience of working with constellations as both coach and client
