Shirley Greenaway

In her early career Shirley was a radiographer who became a senior manager in the NHS, qualified to MBA distinction level.  She draws upon her wealth of experience to ensure that her coaching has significant impact on both individuals and organisations.

Shirley came to coaching from a background in public sector senior management.  She has a proven track record of managing staff through complex change, enabling them to fulfil their own potential whilst meeting organisational goals.  Her accomplishments have been achieved through her energy, enthusiasm and stamina coupled with her ability to communicate clearly.

Shirley is a trained coach with a particular interest in business and personal development.  Her open and engaging style underpinned by her effective use of humour enables her to work with a broad spectrum of clients.  She is currently working on issues that include business start-up, re-focusing directors following merger, effective interview techniques, career dilemmas and work-life balance issues.
