Sandra Grealy
Sandra is an experienced senior consultant and accredited executive coach, currently working with a broad range of clients across the private, public and not for profit sectors. She coaches Directors and senior executives in a wide range of organisations and is passionate about individuals fulfilling their potential and enhancing organisational effectiveness through the application of coaching tools and techniques. Her coaching style is challenging, fun and engaging.
Sandra has worked in training and development for around fifteen years, latterly leading the management development function for the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust during a challenging period of change and modernisation. She is a non-service member assessor for the Home Office Assessment and Consultancy Unit, working alongside senior police, fire and prison service officers, making selection decisions for senior command training.
Her early career was spent as a commissioned officer in the Royal Engineers and included service in Germany, Norway and Australia.
Sandra has a first degree in geography from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and a Masters in Business Administration with distinction from Kingston Business School. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is particularly interested in action learning and using psychometrics in individual and team development. She holds a British Psychological Society Level B certificate in occupational psychometric testing and is qualified to use a range of instruments and questionnaires, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. She is a qualified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and uses NLP tools and techniques in her coaching practice.
