Kate Hudson
Kate was for many years a organisational development consultant and trainer at The British Council. Her work included the design and implementation of a global performance management system operating in all of the Council’s 109 major overseas offices. It took her to all six continents. She also specialised in leadership training and in one-to-one coaching of senior managers and new appointees.
Since leaving the Council Kate has continued to work a great deal overseas, especially in South Africa and Spain. As a senior consultant for Management Futures she leads development events on influencing and negotiating and on consultancy skills. Her clients include Allied Distillers, Virgin Atlantic, the NHS and the House of Fraser.
Kate is gifted as an executive coach and has worked with leaders in a wide range of organisations including journalists, consultants, clinicians and managers. She is skilled in the use of psychometric instruments and is also an excellent facilitator.
