Jan Campbell Young

Jan has worked for 16 years as an executive coach with many CEOs and directors in the NHS, banking, the Civil Service and retail sectors.  She brings energy, fun and a common-sense perspective to her coaching.  Jan works with clients in finding solutions to common career dilemmas, e.g. preparation for job interviews, making a radical career change and how to create a better work life balance.

Jan started her career as a pharmacist and subsequently became a deputy CEO of a large London hospital.  She was previously the director of Executive Choice, the NHS senior career development service and coached hundreds of senior managers and clinicians.  She is now Management Futures’ lead director for the ILM Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching and works with the course faculty to ensure consistency and quality.  Jan also works as a management consultant and trainer with teams in change and transition  and in developing creative approaches to personal development.

Jan trained as a coach in California and enjoys working in a lively, fun and highly participative environment.  Her courses are never dull.
