This workshop will explore coaching tools and techniques to work with a whole client system from 3 people to 300. We will apply systems thinking and change processes in a coaching context. Once the coach has ‘revealed the system to itself’ who knows what could happen?

- The ability to use constellations work in your coaching
- New approaches to overcome barriers between parts of the system
- The confidence to coach a large system
