Mastery in Coaching

If you can answer YES to any one of the above questions then we have devised a NEW programme to bring your coaching practice up to the next level.
As practising coaches we have seen the profession grow and become more specialised and differentiated. We realise there is much more to coaching than asking questions and obtaining goals and action and want to provide leading edge coaches with a deeper psychological underpinning and a wider range of skills.
The Mastery in coaching programme is a modular approach spread over 10 months and is targeted at existing experienced coaches who don’t want the pressure of an academic programme and may want to benchmark their practice against other experienced coaches. The programme will be experiential and practical to deepen learning and sharpen up skills.
We will work on the psychodynamics of coaching, explore whole systems work and coaching people in key relationships at work. We will help you
- Bust through limiting beliefs about your coaching
- Re-connect to power in your coaching so naturally lead you to gain more and different clients.
- Gain a deeper understanding of ‘less is more’ and how to apply it.
The programme involves six 2 day workshops from January 2008 through to November with practice and consolidation through peer coaching between modules . The group will be small and participants selected by phone interview to ensure the right level of experience.
