Are you wondering about how you can actively engage your clients using psychometrics as opposed to only using them as diagnostics?

This APN will assume some knowledge of psychometrics but you do not need to be a qualified practitioner. It’s not the scores or the letters in a psychometric profile but how clients see the applications of their profiles that has impact. This means the coach needs to work with the underlying models of personality that the instruments are built on to enable their clients to gain fresh insights into their challenges.
