GESTALT IS A DIRTY LANGUAGE
June 24
John Leary Joyce
Gestalt focuses primarily on the nature of relationships and how they can become more effective and satisfying. This includes the relationship between coach and coachee, which requires the coach to be personally involved and willing to engage in a deep dialogue. This is completely the opposite from the highly effective Clean Language methodology which advocates the coach staying neutral, objective and purely reflective. Any attempt to introduce a personal perspective is considered 'dirty language'. In this session we'll compare these two models and see where they have most validity.
