Coaching is about more than leadership style and it is about more than being a highly effective intervention for the development of senior managers. It is relevant to the modern business world because it is holistic and adaptive. A coaching organisation is the entity itself, not a programme that is introduced into a company

This is why it is so important that all mangers become adept at coaching and why it needs to be cascaded downwards. This session will consider what is involved in becoming a coaching manager and what has to happen to embed coaching throughout an organization.
